Just saying it out loud (or posting it) helps remove a lot of the power depression can hold over us.

Reach out and talk if you need a ear. Big hug coming your way. Remember, you are never alone.

Hey, what is making you depressed? You need to look at all the pretty and great things around you. That is a perfect start to a summer day.

Yeah, it sucks. I am just coming out of the clouds myself and ridding myself of the blues. I don't have chemical depression, but I think the symptoms can mimic at times. All I want to eat is popcorn with a stick of butter and a giant shaker of Kraft Parmesan cheese. Holy cow. Better mind set means better food choices! I hope you feel better soon.

So sorry that you have been in a dark place mentally. I believe in the power of prayer and will pray that the Light breaks through.

We're here to support you! You're not alone. Myself I struggle everyday with my demons. It's tough. Allow yourself to acknowledge your pain. Once you can process this you will be able to find ways to work through your stress and depression.
