Using the App to stay below 1200 calories a day and walking my dog more. Will start exercising more this weekend to burn more. Really not sure on what kind of diet I am doing, just smaller sizes and less bread and junk for...fast food is off limits!, have a good day
250.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sounds like what I’m doing diet-wise and it’s working! Also, walking my pups 2x/day - they are loving my need for exercise 😊
