went over my calorie intake surprisingly, not at all concerned as I think my body was calling for certain foods, I had whole wheat toast tonight with dinner needed to add more grains, balance is key. Snacked on some dark chocolate 75% organic, that put me over the top. fasting begins at 4:30 am, so I'll get some sleep now, eat a pre-dawn meal (dates and milk) by 4am. Trying to pay attention to what my body is saying, what she is needing, I think the chocolate wasn't needed so much as wanted and hey that is okay once in awhile. reminding myself moderation is key to a healthy balance. Good night.
