I'm gonna be honest here, i don't know what my "hip flexors" are, but making them more flexible kinda hurts...

Not sure why that made me want to laugh. Check out "psoas" online. I agree with Bob Hoffman about them needing regular training as a means of stimulating internal organs. Like an internal massage. But I am slack about keeping them loosened up..... Were you following one of your DVDs?

Hi tomlong! Wow i will definitely check that out. Yeah, when i do the "lower focus" t25 dvd, shaun t talks on and on about how we are loosening up our hip flexors and making them more flexible. It is basically a bajillion squats and lunges.

@tomlong, ty for the info! I did learn a lot. Not the least interesting is the fact that if they are tight it can cause exhaustion!
