I’m having a hard time staying on track. I start over every week & cave by the end. I have been going to the gym for almost 3w (post surgery) & I’ve improved in my running. I also gained muscle in my legs. I feel good & strong!

The muscle mass you build is heavy. Fat mass is light. You have good reason to feel great.
