I have been struggling with self control and good choices...
Been eating way too much junk and carbs.
Nachos, potatoes, chips, dips...
Today I decided to make some good choices... eggs, bacon grease and everything but the bagel spice for a 10:30am break fast!
For lunch I plan to eat a chicken salad... for dinner I plan to eat a cheeseburger and pickle with butternut squash and kale.
Tomorrow I plan to make good choices too!!! Baby steps

@momma yes! It’s just easier to make bad decisions 😩
But I need to do this. I want to feel good about myself. I wish my size and body didn’t dictate my happiness. It’s such an unhealthy struggle I go through... and a snowball effect. Because of the weight I gained I now decline invites to go places because I’m insecure and it’s really only hurting myself because a day running around at the beach would actually be beneficial to my health but I can’t get past the idea of the swimsuit and my pale skin from never exposing myself ☹️😫

Me too. You must have looked really skinny if you used to be 104 pounds! Maybe aim to just take 10 pounds off and then adjust your target when you get there depending on how you feel. Sometimes if you set yourself a goal that seems too far away it can put you off. You can do it, M! 🤗

I agree, the large goal is defeating...
I was skinny, but very strong and active, I have always been very tiny, no curves 😕
So I wouldn’t mind just gaining muscle, some curves and feeling more uncomfortable. I definitely need to readjust my mind and gain self confidence and love. Last November/December I was feeling pretty darn good. I just gotta get back to feeling it and practice being more gentle with myself along the journey
