Only at a bite of the bagel. My favorite part was the celery. Must be craving electrolytes. The home made blue cheese dip was delicious too. I have enough left over for Fridays lunch

I love celery and blue cheese. Where can I find the recipe for this?

I just mixed some sour cream & blue cheese crumbles, I added a little white wine vinegar too. You can add mayo and season it more to taste. But I was in a hurry last night!

@Klynn82 how do you make yours?

2cups of sour cream, 2 cups of heavy cream, juice from 1 lemon, 2 tbls salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika and 1 8oz container of blue cheese. Put the lemon juice in the cream and let it sit for about 10 minutes, while thats sitting I mix everything else in with the sour cream except the blue cheese, then add the heavy cream/lemon, I mix that with a stick blender to fluff the cream a little, then add the blue cheese. It makes a lot, but lasts for a while. It thickens as it sits, so you can thin it out with more cream or whole milk should you need to.

It is based off a restaurant that we used to go to when I was a kid in California, they mix it with just white cabbage and let it sit. It is so good. It would be great for a wedge salad as well. I used it to dip rotisserie chicken the other night.
