Thanks everyone! My boyfriend sent me the pic on the left today that he found on his phone and congratulated me on my success. But I really needed to see that to keep me motivated, especially since I have so many summer plans this year and I don't want to slip back into what I looked like before. My problem was that even when I was the size on the left, in my mind I was the pic on the right with a "few" extra pounds I should take care of. I needed to see this today. And to answer your question JMA312 - I spent around $100 a week for Ideal Protein but it only took me 5 1/2 months to lose the weight I wanted and now I just eat healthy real food but I still get to go in and check in with my coach for free as long as I want and go in for re-boots if I put on a few to many extra pounds (you pay for the food only) Sorry there isn't any clinics near you. Some people join FB groups and buy the products of eBay
