I was being stressed and having problems following my diet - so I took a week off. Part of it was triggered by checking my weight after a week of dieting and seeing that I'd gone up. Now, I'm back on the diet (3rd day) but I haven't decided how frequently I should weigh myself. I know this isn't a short-term diet and am trying to be gentle on myself - but I also need to get this weight off.
280.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 145.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
