@babar Type 2, yes. That's what @Bill is doing. Check out Dr. Jason Fung on youtube. Over 5,000 patients have been threw his clinical practice. Very high success rate with Type 2 using keto diet and/or fasting.

I test prediabetic and was diagnosed with Neuropathy. I was able to eliminate my gross medications because of Keto. Amazing what dietary changes will do.

Thank y’all for the encouragement. It’s well needed as u say to reverse diabetes is a tough row to hoe. I’ve had well meaning friends say it’s the easiest of all to conquer but not so much. My first break through was the Atkins Diet but after 3 years of eating bacon, steak, pork chops, eggs let alone chicken I got weary of it and gained it all back and then some. This time is different with more protein and 20 to 30 grams of carb for my main meal and less carbs for the others. Like all of us it’s a challenge but we gotta keep on keeping on
