Thank you! I didn’t know much about this app but here you all are and it’s great to have the support. I lost about 100 lbs 3 years ago unhealthily but had kept it off until about 6 months ago then I’ve gained about 20 lbs. I know this is because my personal life is a mess but this I can control so it’s time to do something about it. I welcome the conversations and encouragement!
