Lower ketones? 3s and 4s are the norm.Yesterday 2.3 in the am and a 1.4 befor bed! Which freaked me out. My macros are perfect (5% whole carbs 75% fat), so I searched online & it seems that ketone readings lower as you become fat adapted. I hope it’s true!

When I woke up it was 2.3. I will be testing through out the day to experiment. I am also wondering if IF 16:8 pushed me into being fat adapted... 🤔

@crash No diet is more keto than fasting. Except fasting + cardio... It would interesting to see what that thing reads after a 48 hour fast...

Heard. First time is a b^tch, to be honest. Might be easier for you, since you are low carb already. Stick with what is working.. Let's go!

it can change readings during the day. after all night it should be lower you have not put anything in your body yet that will make glucose. and a lot of things can cause that reading to shift, all that really matters is that you are still in ketosis. It will be interesting to see how your multiple testing work out.
