Day 2 of a planned 5 day fast
Woke up with a 90 glucose reading. This is high after a day of fasting (in my opinion). The damage I did over eating this weekend is still with me :(
Today there will be a change :) Looking forward to tomorrow because all the fasting 'discomforts' should be over (I was feeling very cold in the afternoon (low metabolism) and I couldn't go for a walk so I just had to bundle up and endure).
