not doing so hot lately...and the pressure to perform before Texas is actually making me rebel. I am no longer trying to get skinnier for Texas...I am what I am and that's that.

I don't know what's going on with me lately..just cheating left and right and over eating.

Getting back on the wagon...Refocusing

Me too! I don’t know why but this has been a terrible month for me. We can get back in the groove though!

It happens. Personally, I think it has to do with hormones, stress, etc. Food is love and security and being cared for and all those wonderful things. I also find that when I am not getting enough real pleasure in my life that I look for it in food. Just a thought or two. You're doing better than you feel. Take time for some fun, and it will pass.
