So I went to visit my family this weekend...Oh gosh..I had fried chicken, Creamy Salads, Cake (1 humungous slice)...I am fasting for the next 48 hours to replenish my body...Tuesday I'm due to see my doctor for my weigh in..I hope it makes a difference..I have to be weighing atleast 81 or 82kg by then. Last I weighed in I was on 83.3kg..I hope I didn't do too much damage..

I’m in the same boat! I ate so much this weekend - especially yesterday. I’m also trying to fast for 48 hours. We can do this 💪

I can relate. It was eid, so the end of fasting, and I literally ate so much. Started out watching what I was eating and was bingeing by nightfall. Back on the wagon today. Need to lose a few more kgs.
