I had cod too, but yours look fabulous. No fresh for us in SoCal. I bet it was wonderful.

It was served with miso soup, tempura vegetables, 3 tuna sushi rolls and 2 pieces of sashimi. The ginger on this cod was amazing.

Sounds like a great meal. I need to add more fish to my diet.

Such a great choice for lunch.. I'm forever going with tuna.. need to change that up!! Looks so yummy
