I had a cheat day today. I'm not sure if that's allowed but I'm not sure I'll ever do it again. Doing one meal a day has made me feel like crap. Its funny because I thought eating one meal a day would make me ravenous and I would be willing to eat anything and everything. What I'm finding is quite the opposite, if I'm going to open my mouth to eat I want it to be delicious and satisfying and I'm finding the junk that I used to eat is neither although when I was eating it regularly I could have swore it was the best tasting food ever. But luckily now real food. Meats veggies taste delicious.
220.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I agree! I still crave the junk, but when I indulge it just isn’t as great as I’d hoped.
