Beautiful day in my part of Virginia. Spent some time with two GSs, got some plants for my deck pot garden, did my round of squats and other exercises, lifted my weights with more reps and working on my IF. Thinking from yesterday until tomorrow noon is about all I want to do. IF has gotten a lot easier since the first time I tried it. Wanted to see if the benefits that were touted works for me.

Planning on going to the campground tomorrow and working out in the pool. Got some new tankini tops that need to get wet :) Will fuel up, pack snacks and drinks within my WOE, so I can do my laps and water exercises without having to take too many breaks. Hopefully the adult pool won't be so crowded. If it is too crowded, I can still get the water aerobics in. Some like to bring their huge floats with the niches for the beer or soda cans like they are at home in their own back yard pool. They need their break too but it does put a cramp in the laps.

Pleased the scale is still moving down. Trying to move more to be healthier and keep some loose skin at bay. Progress maybe slow but it still is progress.

Very nice at the pool, wasn't so crowded so I got to do a few laps as well as some other workout moves. Wonderful cookout with grilled chicken, steak, and Italian Sausage plus sides. Most important, got to spend some time with some of my family and friends. One friend brought her BF with his two sons, five and six years old. The six year old was so shy, he stayed to himself mostly. The five year old had fun showing me his paddle boat moves, how fast he was moving his legs. After that he showed me how fast he could run. He later fixed me a "special" smore he did himself for me at the fire pit and watched me eat it to make sure I loved it. Obviously, he made my night! When I logged it in, was surprised carbs weren't terrible. Still over carbs for the day but it was worth it.

You are so right Kenna. If a child gives you a gift, accept and smile no matter what it is. If they give you their play phone to answer or talk on...do it. :) Their feelings bruise easily. He was so excited and proud that he made a perfect s'more for me. I loved it.
