I made it to the gym yesterday and got in a medium resistance workout. I'm slightly sore today and feel puffy in a good way. I ate at 101% of goal and met all activity goals...
156.6 lb Lost so far: 28.4 lb.    Still to go: 2.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
