Low carb satisfaction! 3g net carb tortilla, "Moist" (fatty point cut, rendered fat and flat cut) brisket, low carb bbq sauce, jalapenos, dill pickle, cheese and the big cheat - a couple slivers of very mild white onion.

Not once while eating this did I wish for more carbs! Maybe a bourbon on the rocks though. :)

They say you really shouldn't drink since the liver will process alcohol before fat. That being said, at no point during my drop did I abstain, not that I suggest bourbon on the rocks as part of a healthy diet. Sorta. :)
