I have my weigh in soon on the 20th June. I am nervous. What are extreme weight loss exercises that someone can recommend for me? Iv been doing 30 min HIIT exercises but I feel that its not enough. I'v been secretly weighing myself and I usually see a +- 0.2 kg different each week ..This is abit frustrating..although my clothes say something else but the scale..gosh!

have you tried kettlebell exercises? I've just started last week and although it kills me I can already see a difference in my thighs, arms and stomach. although my weight hasn't changed much during the week, my exercise partnered lost kgs and inches. definitely feel the burn.

thanks for the recommendation. I didn't know that kettle bells burn so many calories. I hated them when my trainer made me do them but after ur recommendation I am definately going to incorporate them in my work out routine. I use to be so close minded when it came to exercise that I would only stick to the treadmill, rowing machine and the bike.

Remember the more muscle you have, the more fat you will burn.
