I followed the no-count plan again this week. Had a couple of bad days, so I was glad to have stayed the same. I will give points plan a go this wee and see what happens.
160.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 28.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.4 lb a week
