Horrible, glutinous, pig out on carbs weekend 🤦🏼‍♀️ I know better but still did it. I’ll do better this week.
128.2 lb Lost so far: 29.4 lb.    Still to go: 3.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks guys! I think I got cocky being so close to my goal😁 I thought I could cheat a little and it wouldn’t turn into a cheating binge but it did. So not worth it although my mouth disagrees!

Oh no you didn't !!!!! I'm shouting at you !!!! (just kidding) ----> I slipped badly this weekend as well. There was a summer kickoff festival here, birthday parties, graduation parties, and more activities with friends. I make no excuses, I just messed up. I was good on Friday and Saturday morning, then by lunch it unraveled and carried on all through Sunday as well. Pretty upset with myself as I struggled with amount of consumption as opposed to type of food. I would like to provide some words of encouragement however, Please don't refer to yourself in a negative light, because you are anything but those you describe. I have much faith in you and I know you'll get back at it as soon as possible. I am always rooting for your successes...... :)

(For every one of my friends here) I ate fairly well today and made it to the gym...hopefully I’ll quickly get back to where I was. Goodnight all!
