A gallon of water a day keeps the "hungries" away! 'Twas a great day today - weighed in at 274.2! Six weeks into this and I'm beating my two pounds per week goal! Woo-hoo! ( Good for me! ) 24.8 pounds to - already lost 22 - loving the loss!
