UGH, i hate that i feel like i have to start from scratch, kind of.. because of my 'condition' or whatever you wanna call it, i get a very heavy, very long menstrual cycle.. there is NO way that i can work out through it.. and it usually lasts about 10 days. so within that time i didnt work out and my friend came to visit so we ate out all weekend GRR!! i've been back on track for the last couple of days.. i've been walking 2-3 miles a day and want to increase to 4 miles a day starting on monday (hopefully) i guess i forgot how bad it was and now i wanna kick it up so that way i can get some weight off before my period comes back!!!
