Current weight loss strategy is the most easy going I've tried so far.

3-4 fairly small fatty meat meals till satisfaction during the first 6-7 hours of the day. Cold water till satisfaction for dinner.

Lean meats sit hard, and drain energy. Find opposite effect when fatty. I allow a little frozen Kiwi for dessert once a day.

I like to freeze my grapes for a nice treat, never thought about frozen kiwi that sounds so good. Fats are good and fullfilling and this is what the native Americans ate mostly during winters, and Like some Alaskans today they eat more fat from animals in winter, it actually has many benefits and keeps you fuller longer. Maybe genetically you are doing better with fats due to your ancestry genetic makeup? Just a speculative guess.

Interesting info um_autaviah. I've noticed my muscles feel warm and cosy when consuming fat, so this make perfect sense from my perspective. To me it has been quite a challenge to accept the fact that we thrive best on 200-300 grams fat and 100-150 grams of protein per day. Takes time to adapt. My church records go back to the Vikings. See you can get a DNA history profile done. Have you done this test?
