After posting a few days ago that I was under my goal weight but I wouldn’t log it because i was sick and I thought I would go back up well I did but still very happy with the loss. Have a good day/night everyone. 🦋💙
165.8 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 4.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
