Much better than last week's weigh in. I did cut back on the calories a little more but carbs and insulin still a bear to adjust. I switched my insulin injections up a bit to 3 smaller shots per day instead of the one in Morning and one in evening. Seems to keep my BG more stable that way.
204.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
