Since I joined FatSecret on 1st Feb 2011 when I was 220lbs have have got down to 178lbs within 3lbs of my target weight. I have yo-yo’d a bit but never been back above 200. Currently at 198 so it’s time to get it back below 180. Thanks for all those who have shown their support and I better update my profile pic!
