I gained a lot recently. I do a really intense TRX class twice a week and had been skipping all of the other days. I've started to get back to my normal routine plus the class. but most of all I cannot truly accept the fact that I can't out exercise my diet. ugh
129.4 lb Lost so far: 16.6 lb.    Still to go: 3.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
