171.8 lb Lost so far: 19.2 lb.    Still to go: 31.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Why when I decide to go on a "diet" and watch what I eat I end up gaining weight. It's only a pound so far but this seems to happen to me every time! Has anyone else ever had this happen? Any thoughts on what I'm doing wrong?

If you log everything you eat for the next week or ten days it will make it a lot easier to see where any diet challenges lie. Drinking enough water is also important.
