(10th week) I've came to the conclusion of why i keep gaining back the weight I lose...its my husband! he was off work for 4 days & I've done nothing but make bad decisions...😒(I know it's easier to blame then take responsibility) so as of today im starting over! (restart 1st week) no more me falling out of my mindset just cause someone else is doing something different. only I will get myself where I need to be! (with the support of everyone on this site!) 😊
298.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 148.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
