Hi everyone, thanks for the support -

Goals this week as past 3 weeks or further - stay under 200 but really 195 -
maintain steady heading -

Enjoy time off, racing, base ball game, family , time off, time off, time off, time off, -

Got to get mother in law stuff ( really stuff you put out each week that the man or woman comes and picks up each week with the city truck- LOL ) moved out of sold condo -

Paperwork for gov't stuff filled out to keep up on business,personal blah, blah , blah - hardest part gots to do -

The emotions of getting the weight off ,and to a point that is manageable, is neat , especially to our personal selves - Sometimes, it don't mean much to others around us or sometimes you wish they'd notice more - I fall in that trap sometimes, but if people don't experience this problem they don't know -
I am trying not to be so aware of this but mostly trying to do what I couldn't do before - Bend over and touch my toes, cool - Walk with a strut and not embarrassment , (nobody should ever feel this way anyway) -
Doing some swimming in the subdivision pool , really an asset -

People having problems moving the scale, try eating items with more liquids like water (soups, salad which is mostly water in vegetable form, smoothies - Your body craves these and you'll know what I mean when you do this - It fills you up for one and they are all great for you -

I haven't reached out lately, feel guilty , but time has been tight - I have more time and will definitely participate more - I am proud of all of you, I bet most didn't think you could do it - Wrong, you get the recipe, follow what works for you and do it over and over and over -

I have to pick a time to get my knee fixed - I feel like frisbee, soccer, a lot of stuff I used to do and almost there - Feeling like a kid again, need to get it done -

WHEN NOT IF, YOU CAN DO IT AND YOU ARE DOING IT, WE BELIEVE IN ALL OF YOU,GOD BLESS -
