Well, after a much needed break from dieting in general, Atkins, some people, blah blah blah, I am back. I have decided to start calorie counting as my diet. I have lost almost 5 lb in 4 days. YES, I know most of that is water, but it is 5 lb. I had stopped losing on Atkins. Whether it be the diet itself, my fault or whatever, I had quit losing. I dont need a diet I stress over and over think. I will, and always will support atkins and its followers but it just isnt right for me at this time. I am happy to be back and I will surround myself with positive influences. I am happy to see the support group doing so well. Kmartin, ty for taking over and making it a success. You are a God send.

Adrianna, even though you aren't following the same path that I am, we are still on the same journey and am looking forward to us both getting there. No matter how long it will take me. Great job on the loss.

Welcome back, Adrianna. We all need to follow our own path, it doesn't really matter how we get to the top of the mountain, as long as we get there. :-)

I was reading this, trying to catch up with my FS buddies...and what comes to mind first is that life is always changing, we always change... You listened to your body, and you did what you needed to do based on what you felt was best for you. YES! That takes strength and will, and you obviously got it. Hang in there. :)
