goood friday morning...the days are getting closer..well lest i hope its tuesday and not thursday...but will see today..as always waiting on last minute medical stuff to fall into place..

my sister bout a fitbit yesterday at walmart..she got a charge 2 like what i have..hoping she enjoys hers as much as i enjoy mine..havent been getting my steps in this week..but been hurting more an just down right busier with dr apts...

planning on doing one last zwift ride before my surgery on tuesday..one last ride on bike/trainer before i have to settle into riding the recumbant bike for next 4.5 months..

been reading more about creatine an injury recovery and also about protein..hoping to recover faster..well...might not be faster..but any days i can shave off from recovery and still be healthy..to me is worth trying..as long as i dont push it...

my lawn cutter showed up to cut grass for me last night..he did a great job..as i watched..was wishing it was me..funny how the things we enjoy doing always seem to mean more when we cant do them..

well...gonna get up in a few..head to kitchen get that first cup of green tea flowing thru my viens..see if it wakes me up more..been up since 215am..another one of them short nights..woke up hurting again.got up an took ibuprofen...and watched the sun come up once again this morning..i so miss my 8 hours of sleep..

Just got call...surgery been moved up to 10am tuesday..was 1pm...

Went back to bed about 10am...slept 2 hours..should of just stayed up..took a while to wake up again...last 4 days just seem to be hurting more...not really sure why...might just be from lack of sleep..been on recumbent bike again...3.1 miles..15 min...hoping to be more tired tonight ..see if I sleep better
