Well as of next week I am going to be entering into a tough cycle. new job lots of driving and not as many opportunities to stay on track. hopefully by participating in the 3 days a week cardio challenge will keep me motivated to stay ahead of the 8-ball. Wish me luck Buffy-bear. it's always nice to see your positive comments.

Good luck! Keep a water bottle in the car - sometimes having something to sip on will help with the urge to snack.
