Well into my monthly, 750 calorie-a-day, Keto week. Hubby and I have been pretty rotten this month - between going out to dinner with friends, dinner party at home, our wedding anniversary, my husband's birthday, and my husband passing a kidney stone and indulging in comfort food - because of it all in the last few weeks. We might have to do another Keto week after the holiday because we will be enjoying ourselves with friends for three days.

Diet Calendar Entry for 23 May 2018:
835 kcal Fat: 48.57g | Prot: 42.87g | Carb: 62.63g.   Breakfast: Land O'Lakes Traditional Half & Half, Pure Via Stevia, Coffee. Lunch: Laughing Cow Mini Babybel Mozzarella. Dinner: Cooked Pinto, Calico or Red Beans (Fat Added in Cooking), Cooked Collards (Fat Added in Cooking), Pulled Pork. Snacks/Other: Unsweetened Iced Tea, Toll House Chocolate Chip Cookie. more...

750 calories seems pretty low. But I don’t know the details so 🤷‍♀️. Is it just for one week?

Yes, 750 calories for 5 days out of each month to be exact. It suits me better to watch calories a bit all the time, then to be very strict for a few days a month than to diet all the time until I loose so many pounds.

That’s a pretty good idea! I do something similar sometimes. I will not be as hungry for a few days or so and I eat a lot less. It’s not planned but I honk sometimes our bodies need a break or sometimes they needs extra. Last week I ate like a pig lol
