After going on holiday and trying to settle back into work routine I found it difficult to keep the weight loss momentum going and did in fact put on one and a half kilo which proved to be hard to shift. I am now back at the weight I last wighed in at her on FS, so the journey restarts. Did I mention before that I hate recording a higher weight?
146.4 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
