Anyone ever have those days when ur soooo hungry compared to yesterday?

Today was one for me. So hungry my tummy hurted! A little pulled pork and collard greens for dinner at our local bbq joint made me feel better though. No sauce and no hushpuppies, but good all the same. =)

Yes....I roll with it, if I'm hungry I eat a little more, but smarter choices. The following day or 2, my body adjusts and falls back into place. May sound odd, but this is how my body has been working for past 3 months as I continue to adjust and learn items which work with satiety, and those that do not. Good Luck though, keep trying and adjust from time to time if necessary.
