Hey, I'm with ya on this one, McDonalds in general has always been my weakness....ever since I was little, I loved this place. Now that I'm older and a bit wiser, oh who am I kiddin' I still like it from time to time. It is my kryptonite !!!! Hang in there we all get a craving or two from time to time. I'm cheering 4 you !!! You can recover, just keep going and don't be to hard on yourself.

Its nice to hear that its not just me struggling with certain fast foods ... i just need to really make up for it at the gym

@christinegrey, Whenever you think your alone on an island struggling, just drop a line.... You stated you work at a desk job, may I inquire as to what you do? Do hours prevent you from making it to the gym on routine basis? Just curious..... When you do exercise don't go too crazy til you work into it a while. As for the Fast foods, it happens, you can eat it on occasion, but don't let it control you! Best of luck.

I am assistant to sales analyst... well it really doesnt hinder me from going to the gym , although the time i spend commuting from work to home is like over an hour and after reaching home , i still have to cook and other house chores to be done as well .. so sometimes i feel like i got no time anymore but i still push myself to hit the treadmill:. I only do treadmill and aerobics exercises .. nothing crazy ... i tried to do push up πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ man ,, it is so difficult ,, i was able to do just one and i cant even call it a push up πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
