thanks everyone! and @EqFit..i took a break from being so rigid for a few days. i had a medical procedure done bc i was found to have the beginning stages of cervical cancer so i certainly haven't been exercising at all. btw-hopefully they removed everything and all will be fine just waiting on pathology report..anyway..back to what i was saying, i just gave myself a break for a few days i didn't go overboard like gorging on pizza and what not..just kind of relaxed on my diet a bit and then when i was feeling better after a week i got back to my normal diet..which i would say is low carb high protein and low fat...which just works for me. I think maybe giving myself a break and then starting up again may have been just what i needed..like perhaps my body was just getting used to what i was eating hence the plateau. Im extremely habitual in what i eat for some reason. also i stopped eating my natural peanut butter and switched to the pb2 powder which has a huge impact on fat and calories...whatever it may be something worked and I'm so thankful for it!
