Also 1.5 cups of blackberries, 1.25 cups of pineapple and around 20 cherries. I really like most fruit.

One of the reason why my diet works for me, I get to stuff my myself with fruit. Literally I use is as a meal replacement...I had 4-5 cups of watermelon for dinner last night 😋

I used to eat watermelon for my meal years ago. It was my favorite fruit. However, if i stuff myself with fruit it wreaks havoc on my body and causes me dizziness sickness etc Now, i still have it but with something else(like blackberries with cream) and my hunger is sated and i no longer get lightheaded and sick(or 'hangry' lol).

I don’t replace every day but to be honest I feel very full when I eat that much
