I figure I'm going to post more often that way I keep myself accountable. Still doing good with the not smoking. YAY! Go me. I'm determined not to eat like a horse this time. Hope everyone has a great day!!

I applaud you for your efforts to quit smoking AND reduce your weight. Over 20 years ago I too quit smoking. It took not only The Patch but Nicotine Gum and Valium 😂 ! But I also gained the 60+ pounds I am now trying to get rid of ☚ī¸ I am wishing you double success in your journeys!!!
