Thank you. I agree. I just had some celery sticks with mustard, I put some Stevia in the dip. And yes, once you are sure, determined, and have self esteem and self compassion, those heavy feeling go away. They will come back, is okay. Junk food have so many additives sugar salt. So detox can be a little weird take care and let's do this and enjoy life. Blessings.
