Yesterday I only had 2 protein bars and 1 to 2 quest protein shakes with spinach. Gotta keep the protein bars to 1 per day unless I can find ones that are 150 calories or less. 150 to 200 are restricted to one per day. Alternative IP way
171.5 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you! I love quest bars. The quest protein powder is super tasty too and less calories. I love the vanilla so far .. the choc chip one is good too. I heard that GNC will no longer be selling them.

Costco has these protein bars that are high protein no carbs or barely any carbs
