Ugh, bodies. Was good all day yesterday after hitting the new low. Keto strips are light pink and I am up 1.5 this morning. I know it's not real, but it is annoying. No pack walk for me tonight although I may still take the big dog to class with my boot on. He challenges me more often if we don't keep up the formal training.
