Only took in 200 calories (but 50+ carbs) and no weight loss yesterday :( My body must be hanging onto the carb created glycogen in my body (and the 3-4 grams of water, for each gram of glycogen, with it - and the honey did not help!).

My plan is to go for a 5 mile run and then see if I get a drop in the "Water Weight".

Another factor may be that I am also using "Electrolyte Concentrate for Rapid Rehydration". I love this stuff because after putting it in my water, I don't have to go to the bathroom every hour. However, water retention comes at a price I guess :)

Anyway, I am not worried. Today I plan to get my calories under 100 (because I will only be drinking miso soup).

** Update **
I completed my 5 mile run (60 minutes with an average heart rate of 156 = 800 calories) and I am now down to 190. Since 800 calories cannot equal 2 pounds of fat (one pound of fat is about 3500 calories), this must be glycogen (and the 3-4 grams of water, for each gram of glycogen) that I just "flushed" out of my body :)
192.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know the feel. When I have more than 60gr or so of net carbohydrates, I have no weight loss for a day or two. I have a scale that measures water weight and fat weight. As long as my fat weight goes down I'm not too worry about those days of water retention. It will go. You are doing great 👍
