Woke at 207.8, up 1.6 from yesterday. OMAD today. UPDATE: Fasted until dinner and ate some pork chops, cauliflower, and almonds. Kept the calories low to catch up to my daily calorie goal (amazingly, a 72 hour fast didn't get me there)! Weighed 208.8 before dinner so the waking weight is today's low.
