That is a bowl of Cream of Cauliflower soup. 1 head of cauliflower, chicken broth and cream. (You can use a single potato or Wondra flour to thicken. You don’t need much of either. The carbs added are negligible.) Fresh parsley blended in when you puree with a stick blender.
