早餐:1份燻雞沙拉佐千島醬、1顆蛋、5塊雞塊、1杯濃縮咖啡
午餐:150公克豬肉、0.25根櫛瓜、0.25根茄子、0.25顆彩椒、0.25株金針菇、2大匙橄欖油
晚餐:30公克加鹽堅果
運動:健走(6公里/1小時)、卷腹(100下)、滾輪(10x8下)、伏地挺身(40x2下)
心得:雖然還是很難過,但我也只能向前邁步。人生這麼短,我想多為自己活一點。今天早餐並沒有點雞塊,不知道為什麼送來???

Breakfast: 1 chicken salad with thousand island dressing; 1 fried egg; 5 nuggets; 1 small cup espresso
Lunch: 150 grams pork; 0.25 zucchini (courgettes); 0.25 eggplants (augerbines); 0.25 bell peppers; 0.25 enoki mushrooms; 2 tablespoons olive oil
Dinner: 30 grams salted mixed nuts
Exercise: walk (3.7 miles/1 hour); crunches (100 reps); ab rollouts (8 x 10 reps); push-ups (2 x 40 reps)
Thought: Even though I'm still low today, I can only move on. Life's so short and I want to live it for myself. I didn't order nuggets this morning but the breakfast shop lady still sent me some. What happened here??? LOL.
211.9 lb Lost so far: 52.7 lb.    Still to go: 57.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
