心得:雖然還是很難過,但我也只能向前邁步。人生這麼短,我想多為自己活一點。今天早餐並沒有點雞塊,不知道為什麼送來???

Exercise: walk (3.7 miles/1 hour); crunches (100 reps); ab rollouts (8 x 10 reps); push-ups (2 x 40 reps)
Thought: Even though I'm still low today, I can only move on. Life's so short and I want to live it for myself. I didn't order nuggets this morning but the breakfast shop lady still sent me some. What happened here??? LOL.
